I only come here during my lunch. The better Family Fitness is in Norton Shores and in North Muskegon.  Not only is there NO air conditioning in the Fremont location, I have to bring my own fan because there is only one fan that works for one workout room.  Not smart to set up a workout center that is hotter, during the summer, inside the building than it is outside. The pool is available on limited hours.

What a great spot to work out! Everything I need is right here...locker rooms, pool, fitness classes, yoga and more all included in a VERY LOW monthly fee. The staff is fabulous (and not to single anyone out, but Chris ROCKS!) and always available for questions and comments. We're very fortunate to have Family Fitness at the Rec right here in Fremont!
