I have been a member at Plainfield Family Fitness for more than a year, and have been more than pleased with the results I've seen since I started working out here. Last year, I trained with Katie Glover and cannot say enough good things about her and relationship dynamic that has been established. I am certainly not a gym rat - and have sworn at her on more than one occasion :) - and she took my attitude in stride and kept encouraging me with kindness. Even now that our sessions have ended, she's quick to keep encouraging me every time she sees me at the gym. She is a gem of a trainer, and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to shift into a lifestyle of self-care.

They facility itself is basic, and offers all that I was looking for in a gym.

But, I have to say that I'm most pleased with the customer service offered by the Plainfield gym itself and the corporate headquarters, whom I had to call when I had an issue with my payment last month. They were quick to resolve the problem, and more than kind when the issue was my own fault.

For the last year, I have been more than pleased with the time I've spent at the gym. And I'm glad to have more time to keep going there.

Great trainers! Friendly atmosphere! If you're ready to make a change in your life and get active this is a great place to come. The classes are a pretty great value too.I started going here about two and a half years ago and have nothing but good things to say about this place! The staff there are super nice and the manager jeff is always friendly.They provide some great classes and have great trainers. Brandon has always tried his best to work with my schedule and has taught me a lot of new exercises to do!

There's a lot to like a this gym. Plenty of space and equipment upstairs and down to find exactly what you are looking for. There is also some very dedicated staff including Katie Glover. Definitely worth a chance, and hit her up if your looking for a trainer that will give you exactly what you are looking for! 👍

Worst institution of any sort that I've ever dealt with. They would not honor the last two months of my contract. A contract which they filled out.

I also know multiple people who quit going there due to the fact that they were removing extra money from their accounts without permission. Some of which had money taken out of their accounts long after terminating their membership. 

I would not advise you to become a member at this gym. If you do decide to join definitely take caution and do not give them any account information or credit card numbers. They have an F score with the better business bureau due to about 40 complaints in the last year. My experience there was horrible.

Been going here for over 6 years. I love it. And if you're looking for a personal trainer, Katie Glover is amazing! She cares so much and will have you falling in love with your body. (:
