After moving into a new home last year, our first being heated with oil, we needed to find a heating company for our oil delivery and burner service. After lots of research I decided to go with Family Fuel & Heating and I am certainly glad I did. 

The owner, Robert, is unbelievably courteous and friendly and always takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. Very helpful when you are learning things for the first time around your new house. He is always prompt with his appointment times, something I wish more service professionals would aspire to.

Overall can't recommend Family Fuel & Heating enough and look forward to continuing our service next winter.

Great Company!! Service is amazing!  We first met Rob, the owner about a year ago when we first bought our house.  He cleaned our machine on his first visit with us.  About a week later I smelt a funny smell in the basement and called him, on a weekend he was there within and hour.  Our Boiler was fine, it ended up being our washing machine, but the fact that he came out to take a look right away speaks volumes about the company he runs and the service they provide. Whenever I ran low on fuel, the delivery would be there in less than 48 hours of my call.  Cant say enough great things about Family Fuel!!

So, our oil burner went on fire the night before Easter.  Right after the fire department left, the owner of Family Fuel, Rob, was at our house in ten minutes.  He addressed the situation and told me he would be back ON EASTER SUNDAY to clean the boiler, replace the broken parts on the boiler, and get our heat and hot water back on.  He did!   He provides fantastic and compassionate customer service and he is a man of his word.  I give him the highest possible rating I could.  He is a gentleman and he even cleans up after himself and is a pleasure to work with.  If you are looking for a good, honest and responsive oil company, Family Fuel is your company!   Thank you Rob for taking care of us.

Excellent!!!! Excellent!!!  

Fair pricing, prompt service, courteous, and friendly. 

I have an old oil burner, after bleeding the line it still would not start, so I did a google search and selected Family Fuel & Heating Service based on a prior review. Family Fuel did not disappoint. He (Rob) arrived as arranged, (no 6 hour window).  Explained everything, replaced the faulty pump with a new one, not refurbished, and did a wonderful job. The heat is back on.....in April ☹️.... lol

Will definitely use again!!!

Family Fuel provides terrific service at great prices.  Everyone is friendly and responsive.  For years when we owned two residences with oil heat, Family Fuel provided the oil and Rob would come out day or night if there was a problem.  Recently he helped us out with a different building after hours based on that relationship.  Many thanks to Rob and the team - Gordon
