The staff is very patient with my children. They make them feel comfortable even when my kids are afraid by giving them step by step on what is happening and how things will sound or feel. Amazing job.

The wait time is ridiculous. We were told that there is one person in front of us and that it would not be too long. It now has been hour since we were told this. 

Appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am. It is now 10:35. 

No excuse for the lack of professionalism in managing times and scheduling.

Horrible wait time. I waited 4 1/2 hours with my infant son. Prepare for a long wait time. Then it takes a week to even get a call to let you know they are processing your referrals. My husband had an appointment and waited 2 and a half hours past his appointment. They allowed someone who showed up extremely late for their apppointment to go ahead of him, when we were early. They should have cancelled her appointment. He had to cancel his and leave, because he could not wait any longer he had to get going that morning. Staff isn't very helpful, nor are they friendly just keep telling you idk to almost every question. Horrible place, horrible wait times, no respect for the patients.

I love my doctor DR G she is awesome and truly cares about getting you healthy, very loving! The staff is very kind and understanding as well!

I took my three year old daughter to have her teeth cleaned today and we had an excellent experience at the Port Charlotte location. Donna was the dental hygienist and she was exceptional! She was so gentle and caring with my daughter, who had never had her teeth cleaned before. She showed her each instrument she used and practiced "tickling" her mouth with the water sucker and equipment before using it for real. My daughter laughed and thought this was great. The staff is patient and is willing to answer any questions you have. The place is also super clean and we never have to wait too long. We have had only positive experiences here and I would highly recommend them.
