I would recommend as have had no major issues. Nine years ago, I had them inspect my furnace and install an AC unit.  Everything was good and worked great until about 3 weeks ago. One of the wires had a short and they diagnosed it. They stated it was a two person repair as they had to fish wire through wall.  It took a week to get a crew back out, but as it could work this was not an issue.

Have used them twice - once for a broken water heater (replacement) and once for an AC repair. The service techs were very prompt and respectful. They diagnosed the issues and communicated in a clear manner. It never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Prices are straightforward and reasonable. Will continue to use them in the future.

I'm so glad I went with Family heating and cooling (Garden City, Mi) for my brand new furnace and AC unit. Both the office staff and crew members were very delightful and professional.
Juan Garcia was the "main" crew member who lead the team for my brand new furnace and AC unit. Juan  & his crew were very professional,percise,and... patient😉 . I'm very happy that Juan was very thorough in his instructions..thank you Juan Garcia 😁. Also to Garden City's Family heating and cooling company..a big  thank you too!

Great experience .reasonable priced and very friendly.  Came to fix my furnace a few hours after I called. All work comes with a 90 day warranty.  If your furnace breaks within the 90 days, they come out free of charge and fix it. All you pay for is the part. Very satisfied customer.
