Terrible service, Quit going here two years ago, paid co-pay every time my husband went there. He hasn't been in two years, I get a letter from collection agency for a 143.00 dollars stating if he didn't pay it that it would go on our credit!!! SHE NEVER SENT US ONE BILL AND TURNS IT INTO COLLECTION!!! So I called to see what it was we owed for and why she NEVER SENT US A BILL IN TWO YEARS AND SENT US TO COLLECTION! I was told by the billing person they have seven years to bill you and they don't send out bills BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE DON'T PAY THEM SO IF YOU OWE (EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOU OWE) THEY SEND IT TO COLLECTION!!! WHAT!!!! NICE WAY TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS!!!! She even charged us to tell my husband smoking is bad for you!? Really LIKE WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT!!! I told the lady in billing I'd be glad to pay my bill but only through them NOT collection SINCE THEY NEVER SENT US A BILL AND I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL I'M PAYING FOR!!!! We have outstanding credit and this PISSES ME OFF!!! SO IF YOU VALUE YOU CREDIT LIKE WE DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS QUACK!
