It doesn't surprise me at all that the previous reviews speak of the rudeness of the staff. Why would you chose a profession that not only deals with the public, but deals with the sick and injured? I was just spoke down to and basically made to feel like a criminal. The tone of voice and the implied message that I am stupid was not necessary. May you never be sick, hurt, or experience a lack of sleep for any prolonged amount of time.

I was treated rudely as well. They didn't record my appointment for my son, said they'd "squeeze me in" like I was lucky, then, 2 hours later, I asked how much longer and they said 1 more hour! When I complained, a doctor came out and screamed at me in front of my child!

Front desk is rude. Getting a refill literally took two weeks. Doctors are nice, but then again, I probably would too, since all they are only doing 15 minutes of work and the rest is left to the staff. The staff needs to realize we are customers and we don't have to use their services and their jobs depends on US, not them or the doctor staff. They should be more attentive and thoughtful in their interaction with us, their employers.
