The staff at Family Physicians is the worst. They do not return phone calls and their customer service is horrible. They need to get rid of the staff and replace it with people who want to work. I pay their salary by being a patient.

One star only because I can't put zero. Horrible customer service. I was treated disrespectfully three times by three different staff members and completely talked down to. I will not be going back. Learn to treat patients with respect, they pay your salary.
