I think it is poor practice to make new patients come in an fill out new patient paperwork prior to scheduling an appointment, as this practice does. Who has that time or patience for that? Not sick people. Obviously, they will not be my family's primary care physicians. Made an appointment within five minutes at another local PCP. I wanted to give no stars, but Google wouldn't let me post otherwise. ZERO STARS.
