These people are for real !! Give them a chance to change your life !!!,

It is with some regret that I write this because I like the people at Family Wealth Group (FWG). However, I have given FWG the benefit of the doubt 3 times in circumstances regarding my investments and they continue to disappoint. I joined Family Wealth Group (FWG) 6 years ago (on the recommendation of a friend) after attending one of their informative dinners. The relationship went well until 2016, when I went through a divorce. During the divorce procedure, electronic financial documents were sent to FWG and my Yahoo account was hacked. The hackers then sent emails to FWG under my email heading and signature telling them to transfer $54,000 to a bank account in Texas by a certain date. Without contacting me in writing , or via phone to verify and authorize the transaction request, FWG made the transfer and the investment money was gone! If it wasn't for a very sharp Branch Mgr at the Texas bank freezing (what was left of) the funds after two subsequent withdrawals, then, researching the Fidelity account information and calling me, I would not have even known the transfer had taken place. Additionally, a month after the local police and state and federal authorities got involved in the fraud I learned FWG had also sold stock that I told them I never wanted to sell to generate the $54,000 that was transferred. Hard to believe, but true. Long story short, it took 6 months for FWG and Fidelity to cut through the buracracy "crap" and finally replace the stock/funds. The very sad thing about this is that at no time during the 6 months of stress that I experienced, or even after the funds were finally replaced did (anyone at) FWG say "I am sorry...it was our neglect that caused this....we will make this right. The thing I kept hearing was...."we have been doing this for 22 years and this has never happened before". Quite frankly, I don't care. It happened to me because of your negligence!! Finally, I recently initiated a beneficiary change in writing to the only account I still have with FWG. Before I left their office, I was told that the the change was immediate (upon signing) and that I would receive written confirming documentation from the annuity company in the near future. Thirty (30) days later I received the written notice, but unbelievably it still listed my former wife as the beneficiary. In other words, if I had passed in the interim, the entire amount of the annuity would not have gone according to my (change) wishes.
