Family Wellness, a partnership between Sanford Health and the Missouri Valley Family YMCA, is now open! Featuring a state of the art wellness center, a gym, track, mind & body and cycle studios, private and family locker rooms, child care, physical therapy and massage, Family Wellness is the perfect addition to our growing community, for your active family. YMCA members have full access to Family Wellness, and Family Wellness members are reciprocally welcome at the Y to use pools, racquetball courts and more!
