Great for a quick bite of very tasty pizza. You can get pizza to go or dine in. They offer slices of a wide and interesting variety of premade pizzas that they reheat in the pizza oven or order your own. They also offer a few other dishes, like the garlic buns which were super tasty. Prices are reasonable and the pizza tastes sooooooo good. Not fancy by any means, but there's good music in the background and a warm atmosphere. If your in the area, definitely check it out. Vegetarian options: Had a good zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms Sicilian pizza slice, and there are plenty more options I saw but didn't taste.
Go visit Famous Ben and his team for some fresh delicious pizza. We had the Classic Pepperoni and the Vodka Cream Slices. Personally, the Pepperoni was my favorite. It was a burst of flavor. That sauce was a treat. Highly recommend it. Enjoy!
Waaaaaay better than Joe's. Hands down the best pizza in NY so far! The ingredients are fresh and there's actually a place to sit and eat. I had the lasagna pizza, which had fresh mozzarella. After shopping in Soho it was a perfect stop.
Oh man this place was awesome! The variety of pizzas were great. My wife and I had the Old Fashion Pepperoni ,which had a TON of pepperonis on it, the White Spinach which must've had a a nice heavy dose of spinach, the Meat Lovers and the wings. Oh and I almost forgot the Lentil soup. Everything was delicious and we're definitely coming back when we visit New York again!
Passed by at noon and grabbed a quick work lunch. I had a piece of the old fashioned pepperoni and it was better than at least 95% of pizzas i ever had. The outer crust was very crispy yet the inner dough was tender and soft and chewy. Needless to say there is a lot of great craftsmanship under the scene to make this so delicious!
We were hungry for pizza at the end of day four in New York when we ran out of steam right in front of this brightly lighted and affordable pizza and beer corner so we had two big chunks of upside downs all perfect bread with some cheese and lots of marinara plus a salad choice and garlic knots plus a few beers and let me tell you right now that it hit the spot and tasted better than the pizza we had at some famous place a few tenths of a mile away so if you're in the neighborhood and you're daydreaming about quick solid pizza to fill your void then hey this place will get you filled up and on your way. Vegetarian options: Plenty of pie options and salad and garlic knots and spaghetti and other stuff for we who don't sink our teeth into animals who had friends and family and hopes and dreams just like us. Kid-friendliness: I mean. It's g-rated in here, if that's what you mean. And it's got pizza and spaghetti which kids still like probably? I don't have kids. What do I know.
Great Italian ice on a warm day! I had lemon, strawberry and pistachio that had actual chopped pistachios! Not too crazy sweet. Just right. 3 scoops in medium size.
The Pizza here is good but I would not recommend the chicken Parmesan Sandwich. It was the driest chicken Parmesan Sandwich I ever hadIt had no sauce & needed sauce badly & the chicken tasted old. Hopefully they improve making there Sandwiches but it's a place for the area.
It occured to me that this pizzeria was featured in "Men In Black 2." This is where Agent J's romantic interest portrayed by Rosario Dawson worked. Back to reality, the place serves the Palermo Silician pizza. The crust was crispy and firm as any pizza ought to be. The fillings and sauce were messy but tasty.
Palermo slice was pretty good and like nothing I’ve tried before. I’d def come back and take down 3 slices!
