Brought a friend and had a nice time. We got a new server. Literally his first day. It was great!! A real honest guy trying to do his job instead of just going through the motions. The rib tips were good. My friend had the pulled chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. It was an awesome experience with the new guy.

So I'm kind of a healthy eater  and I don't eat out much  but I decided I would try this restaurant. I  also don't leave surveys much either  because I don't normally  complain about restaurant when things are not  of their control like other noisy people bothering me but I truly was dissatisfied with the service and food! The beef was dry the fries were way salty and the service was exceptionally slow. The only thing that was really good was the salad, it was good size had lots of stuff in it and it was flavorful. My party gave way more of a tip then I would have but that is just the way my friends are. Would I suggest this to anyone else, I would have to say no.

Service was excellent. They were very busy. We sat in bar area and were served right away. The wings, ribs and salad were delicious.

Food has improved, Brisket was delicious. Some of us had tough ribs others were tender. Love that they finally changed their fries.

The margaritas were awful the food was not great, I had the salmon, it was fine. I thought the food  would  have better on a busy night. I have not been really happy with the food at this location. I have been there 5 times and only once have had good food once (Coon Rapids) The service has always been good. I will not go there again.

I have been to other Famous Dave's around the city's mlps,mn. and found better food at those locations.
