Being from the Kansas City area I'm pretty picky about my barbecue restaurants. I've eaten at Famous Dave's before but not this particular location. The food is the same as every other location. Pretty average and not really done great. That being said it's a decent restaurant and you won't get horrible quality. I particularly like the bread pudding that they have here. If they would leave out some of the raisins it would be a little bit better but other than that a good visit.

Decent BBQ from a chain place.   I am passionate about BBQ and this gets 3.5 stars if that was possible on the Google scale.  Ok meats with decent flavor but it is easy to tell it is a chain by the quality.  The staff is usually friendly and it is fairly clean most of the time.  Sunday all day happy hour used to be a great value until they limited the number of options to just 3 things.

There is not a minus or it would have been my choice. My husband went there on Sunday to pick up our Sunday dinner. What a HUGE MISTAKE. The ribs were black and the baked potato was rotten on one end. When he went back the next day to ask for the money back, the manager admitted  that they new the ribs were burned, she guessed they missed the potato. Sorry about that. She said it was against company policy to give refunds, who in their right mind would want a replacement meal or coupons for another meal when the first meal was terrible. Seems to me they must get many asking for refunds for BAD FOOD if that really is their policy. The manager is very RUDE.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. IF THE POTATOES ARE ROTTEN, WHAT ABOUT THE MEAT?

Best barbeque ever. I've gone here dozens of times and have always left satisfied. Anything with the Georgia chopped pork is always good (especially the nachos). Everyone in my family was disappointed when they took the BBQ chips off the menu a while back, but it looks like they've added them back on!

It was really good and it wasn't that expensive for a bbq place! The feast for 2 was able to feed my family of 2 adults and 2 kids, but we added 2 corn on the cob and 2 corn muffins so no one would fight over them😉
