The place was warm and welcoming and in good ambience. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was warm enough to eat but not hot enough to burn your tongue. The drinks are always being refilled and cold. Overall it was a nice experience even if the food was only ok flavor and taste wise.

My husband and I were just at Famous Dave's. We were seated at a table but no one waited on us. We waited for more than 10 minutes and no one brought water or took our order. We walked out and the two young men at front desk saw us and didn't ask why we were leaving the restaurant or any acknowledgement. So we went over to Johnny's Carinos.
