Sad, they didn't have my size in 2 different pairs. But, happy that Glenn assisted me in shipping them to my home. Glenn gave us all of our discounts we had in the system, had a great attitude, laughing with my husband.

Incredibly annoying when the manager uses ridiculous tactics to boost sales.  In this case, the manager attempted to sell me new 'sole' inserts for the shoes I was purchasing... stating that the new inserts would make the shoes more comfortable... really?  They were perfect as is.  I'm not about to spend more money on generic inserts that were not designed to fit these shoes.  What a pathetic "up-sell" tactic.

Manager is extremely rude and doesn't know what the meaning of customer service actually is. I came in to return some shoes I bought the previous day and was told I couldn't refund a pair of shoes because I wore them when the only time I "wore" them was when I tried them on in the store like every other person who buys their shoe before a purchase. He had a huge attitude before I even tried to get the refund as well. And when I asked for cash all I got was more attitude. Downright awful experience. Will never be going to this shoe store ever again.

The employees here are incredibly rude and condescending to their customers.  Especially Glenn the manager.
