Store manager unwilling to provide costumer service beyond call National customer service 800 number.   We called were told it was not Nessary and the manager should have helped us.  Chris you skills need help.  While you said nothing wrong your attitude was extremely upsetting for an individual with your. Management responsibilities.  You need more training and time with your senior leadership team.
