The two stars are for the shoes and deals going on at the time...not the service.  We arrived 15 min to closing, which the two staff told us immediately when we arrived.  Maybe if you asked how you could help us and said hello? With a toddler- 15 min is all I spend in a store! Neither staff asked to measure his feet....which my husband and I did on our own.  When I asked staff about sandals- making sure there were no sizes in the back, staff shrugged and said that the truck didn't come in yet- so there were limited options.  Typically there are offers to check other stores, etc. Also staff didn't let me know there were several more options on a special sale table-we found them ourselves.  We ended up with a pair of tennis shoes and went to pay...with a couple of minutes to spare. I gave staff my number for rewards...they didn't say there was anything on it, but I checked my email later- and I had a $5 credit that I could have used.

Called in asking if a size was in stock and the worker said yes. Went in today and there was none of the sizes I asked for. Not only that, the employee gave me an attitude for finding a mismatch pair of 8 and 10 together. Do not recommend coming to this place. Lousy and rude employees.

Pretty great, for a shoe store.. the employees really keep to themselves, but are near by in case you need help. :)

Justin the manager was extremely rude!! Me and family walked in and he had a look on his face like he was angry we walked in. Didn't even say hi or how can I help you or helped us at all. Horrible customer service I don't recommend on going there with your kids.
