I have been shopping at this store for a number of years. Never have I seen the same clerk twice. I think they have a large employee turn over. Yesterday I went in there to buy some boots.  The man working there never even looked up at me to wait on me. Once at the register he ignored me for about one minute while he looked at the register. His badge said he was the assistant manager and his name was Brian. 
Brain was rude, and his manners said I was bothering him. no worries here, I won't return to this store.

I will never return to this store.  They did not honor their return policy on a pair of shoes we bought 1 day prior and were in perfect condition.  They were very rude and made up several lies to get us out of the store.  Went to another Famous Footwear and the return was just fine.

This store is a joke.  I would suggest avoiding this store and all costs.

I have purchased several shoes over the years from Famous Footwear. This was my first experience with this location. I just happened to be in the area that day on Dec. 17th. I returned to the store on Jan. 4th because the shoes I bought had several spots that the vinyl edges were flaking away. The manager on duty that day was not interested in looking into my issue what so ever. Her only response was " you should have purchased some polish". I explained to her that I did at the time I bought the shoes and applied it on 2 occassions. She then said well we only have a 30 day return policy and there is nothing I can do. No, I am sorry you are having a problem or even an interest in looking at the shoes. She would not even walk around the aisle to discuss this with me. I guess my family needs to find a new shoe store.
