I walked in and waited 15 minutes then I left. I was never even acknowledged. Worst service I've ever experienced and very poor professionalism. I would not recommend going here.

Furious... My hair is my best quality, by far.  Without my hair, I feel naked and unattractive.  I went last night to get my haircut because it was my only option cause I could not wait another night with my long hair and shaggy beard.  I looked like a lazy bum and prefer the professional cleanly look.  I got there and told them the exact measurements of razors to use and in 10 minutes I went from a lazy bum to a struggling heroin junkie.  I lost all my hair and beautiful curls.  I have to wear a hat now for probably the next two weeks because I am ashamed of what I look like.  I will not be returning ever and will address everyone to not to either.  Very disappointed.  By my picture you can see I my hair and attached is basically what I look like now (He was a rock star heroin addict). Ugh.

I got my hair colored here for my wedding am I loved it... Then I got it permed the perm feel out bout the woman who did it ( Shelby) has worked her butt off to get me back in to fix it I love this place an would come back any time
