Famously disappointed! Came in there last week, everything was good from the start, until the kitchen got a hold of our ticket. The place was not busy at all maybe a total of 6 tables. It took over 50 minutes to get our food which it came out wrong and under cooked. The server on a certain part of the order admitted that he messed up, but it took the kitchen an additional 45 minutes to fix it. Upon speaking with the Manager Christina who apparently is in training or maybe someone threw her the keys because they didn't want to work. Had no clue what to do, I actually waited as other tables complained about their service. Once it was my turn, all I got was excuses, no apology, nothing to make it right, and definitely didn't care if we ever came back, not a care in the world. This place use to be packed out, its clear why every time I drive by it's dead! I predict it will be closed or sold within the next two years! With the current kitchen staff and untrained manager, this place has no business being open except maybe attached or located inside of a gas station!!! absolutely ridiculous!!!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. My wife and I ordered chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks for delivery on 2/6/2018, within hours apart, we fell extremely ill with food poisoning. How do we know it was food poisoning and not the flu you ask? We went to our family doctor and had test ran to make sure it was not the flu and test came back negative and our doctor ruled it food poisoning. What are the odds of 2 people eating the same exact thing getting sick within hours of each other? We will NEVER EVER eat here again and our advice to you is to avoid this place like the plague.

Took an hour and a half to get my food delivered after being quoted 45 mins to an hour.. When I finally got my food it was a hot mess.. wing sauce was all over everything.. my hamburger steak was well done and cold when I ordered medium rare.. Mac and cheese was cold fried okra was cold and soggy.. I order extra wing sauce on the side, which I didn’t get.. But because their was wing sauce all over everything, I am thinking they add the extra sauce to my wings.. call to complain about the condition of my food; the manager informed me they were very busy but had NO remorse!! I requested to have my food remade and a refund.. She informed me she was unable to give me a refused if I wanted my food remade.. But offered me a $6.00 discount I informed her I want my food delivered ASAP she told me it would take another hour or more.. Very poor costumer service!! What happen to the customer is always right???

My family and I have frequented this place for over five years and have enjoyed the food, but as of the late, not so much. Four of our last five visits have resulted in someone's food either not getting ordered in the system, the kitchen not cooking it or tonight my wife didn't receive her food and mine and my son's wings were cold, not to mention the hour long wait lately. Not one time has a manager come over to offer an apology, not once. We have given this place a second, third and now fourth chance and they just can't figure it out. Our family of 5-7, depeding on who's going we will spend anywhere from $75-100 each visit for bar food. Although we have always enjoyed the food and like to give them business because they support our local HS groups, we are done. My advise to the owners is to take a hard look at the business operationally and reevaluate your staff. Best of luck, I hope you can turn it around.... back to what it was before!

Everything we got was great and service was good as well. There is a little arcade area to entertain the kiddos which was a nice bonus. Will definitely be back.
