They make excuses for sloppy work. Uncountable. Will not listen to concerns. Insults inteliigence of clients. Bypass requests to do what they want based on how they "feel" that day.
Will not apologize even when you're injured during mani or pedi.
Overall nasty attitude. Discourteous.
Going back to black owned and operated
salons that extend respect and courtesy. Had enough of Fancy Nails. Tried too many times to give them benefit of doubt. No doubts anymore. THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN MY 54 YEARS OF LIFE!
So glad they're not the only game in town.
Good riddance!
I wouldn't even give them One star rating if it wasn't required!

The man that sits to the left of the manager did a really nice job on my nails! He even redid a a little fix up on my nails and I really appreciated that he took his time to do that!!! He actually always does my nails when I come in!! I wish I knew his name but I don't! He has a really awesome personality too,make your time there enjoyable not awkward.

Terrible customer service. My nail lifted 2 days after I got them done from drying my hands on a paper towel at work and the man I spoke with said after I walk out the door they're not responsible and for me to pay again. We both went back and forth until he hung up on me. I'll never go back.

The wait was extremely long then when i finally did get to the chair the lady didnt even shape all my nails the same. My nails when starting to chip the next day and it hasn't even been a whole week and i looks like i need a fill-in already..
