Renee Rigley from Fannie Hillman + Associates is incredible and I would recommend her without hesitation! My wife and I met Renee in 2015 while look for a rental property. She was so helpful we knew we wanted to work with her when it came time to look for a house. Our purchase took a turn the night before closing and some complications arose. Renee worked tirelessly to ensure our satisfaction and always went the extra mile! She was such a pleasure and was truly our advocate!

Nicole Howell was our realtor and it was a flawless experience from day one! She showed us homes on our wish list as well as some great little finds we would have missed without her help. She was patient with us and super flexible with our schedules. After choosing a home she was still with us every step of the way. Helping negotiate terms, explaining every small detail to all the endless questions I had as a first time home buyer. She was a liaison with our mortgage broker, the people doing work on the house and everyone in between. She fought hard to get us the best deal, and I would recommend her to anyone who is currently looking in the Orlando area. Everyone seems so stressed out buying a home and I can honestly say she made this experience stress free and helped guide us every step of the way.

Our agent, Kelly Maloney, went out of her way to be available whenever we needed to see a home or ask a question.  Her responsiveness is one of the reasons we ended up with the home that was perfect for us in this very competitive market, and we are so grateful that we met her and trusted her with this process!  We highly recommend her and Fannie Hillman.

Nicole was referred by family and my spouse and I were not let down. We lived out of state and purchased our home mostly remotely. Nicole stayed in constant contact, spoke on our behalf and made sure deadlines were met. She's very honest and forward coming with information, which was important since we were new home buyers. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking to move to central Florida. We will use her again in our future.
