I was trying to call for a friend so she could go by the office, but you can only "talk" to a recording. I tried numerous times to call back (too numerous to count), and I got the sane results each and every time: the recording hangs up on you EVERY single time midaway through the call! This has to be EXTREMELY frustrating to people who are trying to get assistance or need to collect information. What ever happened to the "human touch/interaction!" You know,  speaking to a "real person???"

Nobody seems to know what is going on in this office. Always getting the run around. Case pending...we need pay stubs well how am I supposed to know this if I don't receive anything in the mail. So fed up with this office just so my kids can have insurance

This is not the # to the local office. No one is answering and no recording it just cuts you off! I just want the hours but I'd hate to be someone who really need them.

This number doesn't go to DFCS anymore. It just gives you a number to report abuse.
