WOW!! From the very beginning I felt very comfortable with George at Fantastic Floors. I went in thinking I wanted ceramic tile with the wood floor appearance. I looked at many styles and colors online and made an appointment to look at samples in our home. George right away told me about the LVT. Still unsure, I did a lot of researching and decided to go for it. The entire process has been flawless. George has called several times to see if I was happy and when I mentioned a concern he quickly had it resolved. So if you are looking to replace the floors in your home go to FANTASTIC FLOORS and talk to George, you will not be disappointed..

From start to finish working with fantastic floors was absolutely amazing. Rusty was great at helping me decide which was the best product suited for our needs (kids and dogs) and Chris Mills and his team have to be the best in Jacksonville at installing. We are more than thrilled with the new look. Communication 5 stars, product 5 stars and installation 5 stars. Would recommend these guys to anybody!

I was so happy with Fantastic Floors and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  Mike was great to work with and help me pick out beautiful tile.  We had to replace the carpet/tile in our entire house because of a flood.  They installed everything beautifully, and the price was very affordable.  Mike knew we wanted the floors installed as soon as possible and he kept his word on all the install dates.  I have never had a company work so quickly and efficiently to get a job done!

Mike at Fantastic Floors was professional and courteous. I had about 1500 sf of hardwood tile installed as well as back splash in the kitchen. Justin did the instillation and made sure that every detail was perfect! The entire process was stress free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Fantastic Floors!
