I just showed up during their hours of operation, open sign is on and lit but doors are locked and not an employee in sight.

Been a customer every two weeks since the opening. Was nervous to leave me old salmon but there's guys we're MUCh closer to my home- They are super friendly and good quality and save me a 15 min drive !

The staff was horrible rude and anti social! I felt scolded for even getting my nails done! My nails are uneven, my cuticles are a mess and I even got cut/nipped a few times in the process! Asked for a design with a few small gems (typically no additional charge where I've been before), could sense more irritation from the staff. I showed a picture of what I'd like, a simple arrow design. Ended up with no arrow and literally just three tiny gems in a completely uneven "row" and was abruptly told $10 extra! I paid them the 45 and left. Less than 3 hours later I lost all of the gems on one hand and hadn't even done anything remotely vigorous with my hands! Also, the color I picked for ANC was not shaken well and my nails are splotchy uneven color that is completely different from the sample! Do NOT waste your time or money going in there!
