I went to this location for a wash and blowdry as I was in town for a conference and forgot my bag of hair stuff at home. Donna was absolutely fabulous and her excitement to do my hair was just adorable...especially since I was stressed out about not having my own hair supplies. Her and the other woman that were there were very sweet and chatted with me the whole time. I told Donna that my hair had a tough time holding curls and it's been 3 days since she did my hair and WOW...the curls are still bouncy and present as if I had just gotten it done! Thanks, Donna!

I went in to try to get a cut and color it was before 6pm I was told they couldn't do anything because she had to be available to do hair cuts. Well they lost probably $100.00 sale in hopes that that many people would come in to make that. Oh yeah they close at 8
 Wouldn't you think they would like to make money instead of turning people away!!!. Oh well another customer lost!!!!  That would be no stars!!!

I only gave 1 star because i had to. Or else It would of been a big fat 0!  Went and got my haircut to donate it.  I also cut it because of my college graduation next week. First, the woman denied me a wash after she cut the ponytail off.  Then she cut it about 6 inches too short.  THEN she was supposed to layer it but ended up butchering it instead.  I ended up with a straight line across the back instead of the V look i wanted. And she cut chunks out of the side pieces. I had to go to another salon where they had to take 3 more inches to fix what that lady messed up.  I went in with hair past my butt and ended up with hair shoulder length.  I returned to get a refund and demanded to speak to a manager, which i was denied.  Its been 2 days now and not a word from them.  I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau, to fantastic Sam's corporate, and seeing what legal action i can take.  The woman who butchered my hair should NOT have a license!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband took my son here for a haircut. The staff ignored my son and my husband when they said no to a lollipop (my son can't have them,) offered them repeatedly by each employee, and then kept asking and pushing as to why he couldn't have the lollipops. 

More importantly, though, was the haircut experience: he showed the woman a photo on his phone of a style that would be good for his type of hair. She didn't hesitate and started the cut immediately. He said she asked questions about it that made it seem clear that she didn't know what she was doing, and she kept trying to fix it. After a few times of her working on it, he realized there was no point in continuing. He paid and left. 

I made an appointment for my son to go somewhere else and called the next day. I was made to believe they would issue us a refund, and the manager would return my call. Two full business days went by with no call, so I called back. I did speak to the manager who said they would not give me a refund and rudely argued with me that she had been there, seen the haircut and thought it looked fine and "just like the picture," which it didn't, at all. I told her I wouldn't have minded at all if the Fantastic Sam's employee had told them she couldn't do that style and they could've gone somewhere else or chosen a different style. 

We were left paying for two haircuts, because we didn't want to work with this awful place ever again.
