Absolutely “fantastic “!  They totally live up to the name. After several botched hair cuts, I finally found a place in this area who can not only cut hai, but make your experience fun. I would highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. I got there, checked in at the front desk, then told to wait. I sat there for 40 minutes and never was approached by my stylist. I finally asked if she was there. The whole time she was and never came over to say hello and let me know she was running behind.  Poor customer service is one of my pet peeves. I went up to her and told her I'm cancelling the appointment and left. Even after waiting for 40 minutes, if she had come to me after me asking, I would have waited. I don't recommend making an appointment, the walk-ins get better service.
