I've been going here for over 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. Went today and saw Savanna who helped me, not only decide on a new hair cut, but taught me how to style it. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though I've moved our of Oregon to the west side of Madison, I still drive back because I'm disappointed with anywhere else I go.

I had Michelle on Friday. I told her exactly what to do, and NOT to touch the top. Well she completely ignored me and donwhat ever she wanted.. she jacked my hair up really badly, it’s not even faded right. Looks horrible. Extremely disappointed, I shouldn’t have paid but I did... never go there again.

Wanted to get my hair done for my wedding Anna made me feel special and the I heard nothing more from her. Going else where. Word of mouth will hurt!!!! Then left a message for me that she was sick, all she had to do was tell me.  She could have handled it better. Don't go or trust her!!!
