Worst experience I could have ever had at any salon. 
I'm 8 months pregnant with my 2nd child and needed to do something new for me because I've been focused on everything else in my life but myself. 
I read the reviews about coming in was really excited about getting my hair cut - which I have not had for maybe a year or so. Yes, my hair is LONG but I needed a change for me! Something that would be simple to keep up with, but not so horrible that I'd regret it. I go into the salon and only 1 woman is working. She told me it'd be a 30 - 45 minute wait. I was COMPLETELY okay with that! I gave her the benefit of the doubt since she was the ONLY one working. She gets finished with this little boy's hair cut as well as his mother's and then it's my turn! My turn to tell her I'm just wanting a long layered bob. She begins with washing my hair and as she is doing this she asks "why do you want this bob? - your hair is so long and beautiful as it is." I told her I needed something new/wanting a change and just to have hair I can actually put my time into. My hair being as long as it is I feel like I can't really do much with it and it's too much to work on day in and day out. As we are talking she tells me..." If you ask my opinion you should get a hair cut like mine," which would have just taking a few inches off but nothing that was really truly styled the way I wanted or even liked, "You can get a bob later after the baby is here when you have the time to do your hair." Not once did I ever tell her my hands are too busy to DO my hair - All I told her was that my hair is too long/thick right now and having it shorter I wouldn't have to spend as much time doing it. She recommended layers and I told her yes I want layers (thinking we are still talking about the bob). As I get moved to the chair to actually get my hair cut I asked to confirm she was still doing the bob with layers and she flat out told me no. I text my husband who is sitting in the waiting area that I was "Not 100% Happy" he asked why and I let him know I don't feel like she's listening to me...I began to get really emotional (remember I am pregnant, but I am also trying to take care of me and my self esteem/confidence) about this because I'm trying to go to a, what seems to be, trusted salon and I can't even get her to listen to me. I walked out in tears before she could even detangle my hair because i'd rather stay with my long hair and just continue to put it up every day and not focus on that part of me than leave with someone I KNOW I would have regret...worst day of my life...:(

Very fast - no fuss! We didn’t have an appointment, but could just walk it and get our haircut done - this is how it’s supposed to be.

One of the worst cuts I've gotten in my life. Asked for a fade, after looking in the mirror it looks like I have patches on the back of my head. Will never go back.
