DON'T RELY on their price list published online or in the shop.  Stylists feel free to charge you a lot more even if they haven't done anything extra.  I asked for a shampoo and set, supposed to be about $20.00.  Instead the stylist charged me $30.  When I asked why, she said using rollers took more time so she charged more.  And she did it in such a hurry metal clips flew everywhere, and rollers went flying, too—even though no one was waiting in the front of the shop.   Hello, a shampoo and set means the stylist puts the hair up on rollers and under a dryer; that's all she did.  The other stylist, a guy, charged a woman who came in before me for a haircut and blowdry $89—maybe he colored her hair, but I arrived after that.  Fantastic Sam's chain is the Walmart of beauty salons, yet $90 is the full price for a cut, color and blowdry at a full-service salon—only difference one dollar.  They also did not have cushions for someone under 5 foot 3 to sit on to reach the shampoo bowl OR the hair dryer.  The stylist wadded up old ragged towels to put under my head to  wash my hair, and then when my head couldn't reach the dryer, she and the guy decided she should fold up towels for me to  sit on till I could reach it—problem: that she folded them into about three-inch wide strips which she stacked for me to sit on.  So painful—they  were unconcerned.  Otherwise, they just wanted me to sit out of the dryer and hope the air from it might reach me.  The average salon has cushions for shorter customers to sit on, that's the norm.  Can't recommend this place.

Went in to Fantastic Sam's to get a cut and color. Instead of helping the customers two employees were talking out loud about another employee. The one employee wasn't working and the other one that was suppose to be working was spending g her time talking to the employee and not waiting game on customers. I walked out! Not happy.

First time here , and not going back,  customer service is bad, Dana didn't even washed my hair nicely, and not satisfied with my haircut, didn't do a good job. Sad.

It was the best ever Shawn was awesome loved they way he colored and highlighted my hair plus the cut was great I would Recommend this place to everyone
