Worst haircut I've ever had. Literally looked like a 3 year old cut my hair. Ridiculous.

The first time I went there, the stylist used too much red in my roots and my hair came up orange. Was there 5 hours total only to have to dye my whole head that color. They required me to pay for both treatments even though it looked absolutely ridiculous and I was NOT HAPPY. My second experience was when I went back to have my whole head done to get back to a normal, more natural color. (There was 3 months in between roots and the second fiasco) While processing the color, I asked how much time was left because it was starting to burn my skin. She told me to hang in 15 more minutes and walked away. She came back a few minutes later and asked if it was just annoying and could I tough it out a little longer and I told her that I wanted to rinse now. She rinsed, color was great but less than a week after, I some nasty crusty spots that were seeping at times. I've lost some hair there about the size of a quarter. Turns out to be a chemical burn. Went back to talk to them and she gave me a $70 gift certificate.... like I REALLY want to go back to use the damn gift certificate. So yeah I didn't enjoy my time there. Won't go back.

It's nice. Wednesdays are men's days which means $12 haircuts=not a bad deal. 8/10
