Lisa did a awesome job. From walking in being greeted friendly nice clean atmosphere unlike Jason and Mike at lemay fery location. She was nice pleasant. Good conversation about my hair ideas. How's my day massage hair n scalp. I love her nice location and hair dresser. THANKS Lisa AGAIN everyone loves my new doo.

MUST READ!!! DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!!!!! Let me first start of that this was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever dealt with I my life. While in the waiting area a customer came in and she was not pleased with her hair. Ellen the store manager was very rude to the elderly women and told her that she would have to come back because she would have to call her boss and figure out what they could do for her. I was still there when the women came back and Ellen told her the only thing she would do for her was give her a deep condition and would not refund the women. All the women wanted was her hair to look good for the holidays. Ellen’s interactions with the client where very unprofessional and rude. As I was getting my hair done I requested white blonde hair with a possible color undertone. Tasha was going to do my hair was talking to me and saying that they may have to bleach my hair twice depending on how much it lightens. I advised that my hair normally lightens fast so I am not worried. Ellen the store manager was talking over Tasha saying 35 minutes is the max we will leave bleach on and she kept repeating herself. I eventually told Ellen that I heard her and said that was fine. After they washed the bleach out my hair was orange. Tasha stated I know you don’t want Ellen to come over but I have to have her look at your hair. I said it would be fine if she wasn’t disrespectful for no reason. Tasha said I know that’s how she is to everyone. It’s pretty pathetic that her employee agrees the way she acts is unreasonable. I don’t understand why this woman feels the need to talk down to customers and be rude. After completed I noticed that my hair was still yellow and had a blue hallo. Another stylist Lisa said oh yes I do see the blue. Tasha called Ellen because she had left for the day and Ellen said I didn’t see any blue when I left. Ellen told Tasha that she couldn’t do anything today to have me come back in two days. Tasha said come back Friday at noon that Ellen would be there. Ellen sat me down in her chair and said so what’s the issue. I told her that I did not like the blue in it and feel it’s still yellow which we agreed on making it white blonde. Ellen said well if we do anything it’s going to make it more yellow. Then all the other stylist start jumping in saying well it looks good compared to what it was after bleaching. I felt like I was being attacked. I said I am not happy with the blue Ellen said it’s not blue and was arguing with me. She was speaking in a snarky rude voice. I got up and said I did not waste my whole day to come in here and not get my hair fixed. Ellen smart mouthed and said have a great Christmas I said give me a refund and she said no very rudely. I asked her why she would make me wait all day to come in at 2:30 if she was just going to look at my hair and not fix it. She again rudely said I don’t have to work around your schedule I have other appointments. I said you take walk-ins if you were just going to look at my hair you could have had me come in earlier. I said I am sure you weren’t booked from noon-2:30 she sarcastically said have a great christmas again. Then I told her I would be calling corporate on her and she said “I can’t wait”. I have never witnessed or been treated so poorly in a customer service environment. I do not understand how this store is still open with her being the manager. Management should have the upmost respect for their clients. Also if a customer is unhappy with the service it’s the managers responsibly to make it right not argue and be rude to the customer talk down to them and tell them you’re not doing anything. I have been to many other Fantastic Sam’s and never had issues. I didn’t look at the reviews until after I had all the issues now I wish I would of. The reviews online are awful. Ellen would not release the owners name or contact information. WORST SERVICE EVER & MY HAIR LOOKS TERRIBLE!!!!

Tina was great, friendly, professional and focused on doing a good, quick cut. I got a lot of good comments after; headed back for a trim!
