After I was told I would have a 45 to 1 hour wait. I returned 15 minutes early to have to wait another 40 minutes after the time they told me to return at. I think if you are setting the time you should have an enough experience in your job to set enough time for your appointments. I wanted to leave but had already wasted 1 and 1/2 hours for a hair cut. I was informed that they were under staffed but no other  apology  was given.

Danny really listened to what I wanted.  I was very pleased with my cut and style.

Not happy. Didn't listen to my haircut requests. Thought I was female, I am male. Way overpriced for a 10 minute haircut. I am never going back to any fantastic Sam's ever again. They should never assume ones gender.

I love it here!! Every time i have tried somewhere else my hair ends up a mess and every time I come back they manage to not only fix the mess, but also get me to what I wanted originally.
