I have been going to fantastic Sam's for as long as I can remember and after my experience today I will never go back again. I went to get my hair dyed from red to blonde and they told me no. They didn't even give me any reason behind why they said no. Also the woman was extremely rude. I do not recommend going here

Brought my girlfriend there for a walk in trim and hair dye. They did a most excellent job and was some of the nicest people I've met. Will definitely be returning and recommending as much as possible!!

Got my hair cut, dyed and styled. I'm absolutely in love with the results. Girl who did my hair was very nice.

Lousy management. I witnessed the manager publicly berate and embarrass a young talented girl there for a job interview. It was the most distateful display of nonsense i have ever seen. I met this young girl later on in the parking lot and hired her for THE BEST COLOR CORRECTION I have ever had. I also must add that the stylists do not dress the part in their sweats and flipflops.

Always come here because of the environment but unfortunately I am African-American and there are only a few women that can do my hair so when I do come in I wait like a whole entire hour while I watch everyone talk about who's going to take me get it together
