Fantasy Cakes is amazing.  This is my go to cake place.  Everyone at the party loved the cake and wanted to know who made it. They helped me create a gender reveal cake. I was able to show a picture of the style I wanted and the staff was able to make my HotRods or Ruffles cake.  The staff was awesome from start to finish.

I literally called every cake place in town for my son's birthday cake.  Others didn't even call me back, but Fantasy Cakes did, fit me into their already tight schedule, and did a beautiful job, all while providing great customer service.  I will be a customer for life since they took such good care of me.

IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? First of all let me preface this by saying I've bought cakes from Fantasy Cakes in the past. I've called multiple times, emailed, and SPENT MY LUNCH HOUR going to the place in person, all with ZERO response. Either they are out of business or don't want the business. Additionally, their voicemail states they have moved, yet they are in the same location they've been in for YEARS! Up your game, Fantasy Cakes. You did great work in the past but your business has really gone down-hill!

I called on 4/15/14 and left a voice mail.  I wanted to order a cake for my daughters 11th birthday.  I never got a return phone call so I just now decided to call them back and was informed that they are out of the office on Mon and Tues at appointments and hadn't had a chance to return any phone calls.  My thought is why did you not leave that message on your voice mail.  I have now been informed that they are too busy to make a cake.  The lady first asked me for how many people and I told her I wanted a small round cake like the one in their picture on web site.  She said they were booked for round and square cakes and that they were too busy to make me a cake.  She also told me that they could make one for 25 people but I would have to pick it up on Friday evening????  I am so angry!!! Horrible customer service.  I would not recommend them.  Beyond Mad!!!!

Not trying to be mean but I would like it if it was open all of the days of the week including Sunday😥😢😡😤
