Service was great. Food was served hot.. Employees are knowledgeable of The menu and can assist. I received my fries 15 minutes beforehand as I Had to wait a while for my 12 piece…. They said it was delicious.!!!Food: 5/5
Been here quite a few times during the day and have had fairly good experiences. Food is about 6-8 out of 10 for me depending on the dish. However, last night I had a horrible customer service experience. I saw they closed at 9pm and called at 8:20pm for a pick up. I was told they were only taking walk in orders at the moment. I assume because closing was coming up and they wanted to ensure people came for their food, not sure. Anyway, figured no problem I'm in the area. So I drive down there, walk through the doors at 8:31 and I am turned away. I was shouted from across the restaurant they are no longer taking orders. Why bother telling me they're taking walk ins on the phone? Why waste my time and gas driving over? Should have just communicated that from the beginning over the phone and there wouldn't have been an issue. Instead of feeling slightly embarrassed because I got turned away and feeling like all eyes are on you from the people eating or waiting for their food.
Consistently good quality food with a bang for the buck. The spam sliders are perfectly cooked, wings are crisp and not greasy, fries are seasoned evenly! My husband and I have only ordered delivery and have never had a single complaint. Definitely a new favorite!
Great food! Come check out this spot if you're in the area. Menu has many great options! Wings are big & meaty & the flavors are bomb. Owners were super friendly and great service order & sit type of place but great attention to their customersFood: 5/5
I’m so glad we tried this unique little place! Everything on the menu is delicious. The joint fried rice is basically kimchi fried rice minus the kimchi with bulgogi, which I’d highly recommend. The fries are tasty and so are the deserts. When we went, they weren’t very busy considering it was the weekend, so go out and support this place!
The food is really really good. I tried them once before way way before my elite years and I thought he flavors were too sweet and didn’t connect with my Korean palate which tends to lean way over on the spicy side. They were being hyped quite a bit back then too when they just opened so maybe my expectations were on the high side. On this trip, the sweet notes are well balanced with the savory side and hit the spot right away and made me think why didn’t I give this place another try? I tried the Joint fried rice and spicy salt calamari. The fried rice has bulgogi which is supposed to be a little sweet and as far as I can tell, was the only sweetness in the dish which had a fried egg and scallions and added to the savory side. My fave today was the spicy salty calamari though. Who doesn’t love anything fried, but when it has a light crispy batter that’s full of flavor, it’s just so much better. The dipping sauce was on the sweet side as well, but nothing a little or a lot of sriracha can’t fix : Spicy makes the beer taste better too. I’ll have to make the trip back for some wings that looked pretty awesome. Maybe with a hot link or two.
Great place for a delicious and totally original bite! Will certainly go back. It wasn’t busy at all, which surprises me because it seems like the kind of place that would be packed on a Saturday night. Loved the vibe, loved the service!Recommended dishesSpicy Salt Calamari
Ordered Joint Burrito with KBBQ beef, kimchi, spring onion, cheese, and rice. Also tried their Spicy Salt Calamari and Garlic Fries. Pros: casual atmosphere and good portion size for the burrito and fries. drinks are self serve. the burrito is tasty and tastes better with it's complimentary sauce. fries have good flavor but a bit overcooked. Cons: their salad is bland, calamari packs a dry heat smoked paprika and habanero, food arrived a bit slow. prices are alright.
Service and food is always great. Came in yesterday for lunch and ordered two lunch specials, 3 tacos and 6 wings and two to go orders, chicken bowl and another 6 wing lunch special. Everything was phenomenalFood: 5/5
