Great Produce and meat department.  Excellent selection for groceries too. When had young boys my wife loved it as they bring groceries to car. Still like that feature very much!

Best grocery stores in Sioux City. May not have as large of a selection as Hy Vee when it comes to making some ethnic foods, but Fareway has all the basics you would need for any Ethnic food needs. The meat counter is always awesome, you won't find any better. From the cuts of meat to the meat counter staff, just fantastic. One of the few stores left that does not make their employees work on Sunday, I say that's a good thing.

I like the store. Only prob is if you happen to go in late to the deli and they have most stuff put away. ASK to see the product If its not out! They usually always try to pass off the bad cuts to get rid of them. >( Several times I forgot only to get home and open up a steak or chop and its a bit green and stinks! Like tonight. Ugh.

The store is always clean, the prices are competitive, the meat counter is outstanding,   and the employees are friendly and helpful!
