Friendly service! 
Very rarely a wait longer than a couple of minutes in line because the call some one up to check out right away.  Longest lines are around holidays.
Meats are fantastic! The meat counter is well staffed. Fresh cuts. Great weekly deals  (check out their ads).  Items like chicken breasts are huge (one whole breast weighing 1.2 to 1.5 lbs typically)!  Great bratwurst! Variety of steaks.
In Spring 2017, this store underwent some remodeling.  Created more room, updated displays, and improved energy efficiency.

Fareway has some really great weekly bargains. The staff is very friendly. They will also take your groceries to your car and load them for you. That's a nice special touch of service.

Love it. Friendly help easy to find things nice size store don't have to walk a mile to milk great meat counter fast and courteoud. I couldn't ask for better I  believe nothing is better in southeast Iowa,  than Fairways meat counter great place to shop for groceries don't like shopping anywhere else can't wait to get one my hometown

Very rude women manager in meat dept.
Stood there and watched as her workers passed people up in any kind of order. When something was said she was very rude, she got rude right back.
