Have worked at Faribault for over a year now and I have seen a good many of people come and go. It is not a problem of schedule changing like this other review says, it is more of that people don't want to work. The hours are long, and the work is semi-hard depending on what you do. You are told this when you get hired, and the management tries to work with you to make sure you stay. So many people just don't like it, that they leave at their first break. The community of people you work with though are some of the nicest people you will meet.

Horrible employer. Manager is rude and disrespectful and condescending, especially if you get injured on the job. Manager also likes to change your schedule and not tell you and you don't get much chance to check the schedule while at work and there's no way to check the schedule outside of work. Many people have asked that the schedule not be changed or for us to receive a notice (IE text or phone call) and the company refuses to do it. This causes people to be very late for work and even get fired. This company needs to fix a lot of problems before they lose more workers than they already have, and they've lost a lot of workers. No one stays. Don't work there until they fix the problem with the schedule and they fire the manager. Many people that have never worked there have asked how I could handle working there because of the negativity they have heard about this company. Stay far from them.
