We had an awful experience with these people. We were set on having them build the exterior of our home including foundation/walls/and roof. We spoke with the son and the secretary multiple times even got references for the clearing the land. We were assured that they did this and were happy to help us. We even spoke with someone with whom they were currently starting a home for. We went to the bank and began the whole process. Once our plans were settled, we went in to discuss finalizing the deal and the man (different than who we had dealt with first) was very upset with us . We tried to discuss the house plans and the deal we had made with his son on our first visit. The man was very rude. Did not want to work with us at all. He was abrasive and just.....angry (not even really sure why). He kept telling us the business was losing money. (I can understand why now) Long story short, we will not be using them. The man clearly needs help and I would not trust these people to erect a pole barn much less the exterior of a home. Go somewhere else!
