They raised my deductible by $ 1000.00 without notice. Warren claimed he mailed it we never received notice. A good agent may have just called. The amount of time he spends tying to sell you a high commission annuity may prevent him from doing what he was hired to do be a good agent.

Had them for a few years and had nothing but issues. Never had a ticket or an accident my rates continued to go up. The staff is very rude and not helpful. Never got to speak with my agent, only his assistants. I had to file one claim due to severe hail damage and the lady told me "I can't hold your hand through this whole process, just go get quotes. We are swamped for the next month". Would not recommend them to anyone!
