What a horrible experience with the evening shift personal. Fist they do not speak english,, ok. They do not pay attention to what you are asking for or know the products and on top of all the attendant is so disrespectful that talks about me with the other attendant and tells me I didn't say my order correctly, when I had to repeat myself about 7 times. "Two packs of 305 menthol 100" and yes I had to tell her off. Please check on how your customers are treated. You are loosing business.
I have gone here for years! Some employees more friendly than others! Yes many don't speak English but very sweet and helpful! This is the fact I'm American not Latin but speak Spanish..my problem is with with management! Prices changing on the same product with different workers? Going up from 1 to 2 dollars at a time...Hmmm! And back down and I always give a tip! And constantly out of the product!

Seeing as this is one of the last Farm Stores locations, I was skeptical as to the service. Every other Farm Stores I have gone to over the past few years, the service is unbelievably slow and cashiers unfriendly. I was very pleasantly surprised. Both cashiers were very friendly. And it didn’t take very long. I only needed milk and eggs, but got a colada as well. This is a good spot for this as it’s just next to the turnpike. I see a return trip on Thursday just for that. Even though this is out of the way, I will return, especially if all I need are milk or eggs.
I went to this location today 10/1 at 8:30pm and there was an older Hispanic lady who was not only very unprofessional and rude but also told me the oven was OFF 30 mins before closing. Once I told her that she still had 30 min she closed the door and rolled her eye. I need either the owner of this franchise or management to take care of this situation and teach them how important client service is. I have a farm store 2 min farther away from my house but would much rather go there. Do not waist your time going here no one deserves to have such bad service.
After calling multiple times and being hung up on, I went in to see what was going on. When I showed up, I tried to order but they wouldn’t speak to me in English. Afrer telling them multiple times I do not speak Spanish, the two employees looked at eachother and laughed, saying something about “Americans.” After a very rude encounter, I was able to buy hot foods with my food stamps, which is illegal, because i knew i would be able to do that there since my friends have been telling they’ll sell most things in exchange for food stamps, including cigarettes if they know you well. I hope that this racism and rudeness in this store is seen by others so the employees that were working can get fired
This place is awsome. So convenient! It's quick and better than a drive thru anyday. If you just need 1-2 things like milk and bananas but, don't feel like parking and standing in line at the grocery store, this is what you need.
Tried to get a smoothie at this location, and again as per the employee the machine is broken. The fact that 30 minutes before closing time strike suspicion. This is the 3rd time this happens at the this location .. shame on you.
No one there speaks English. Not even a little bit. To me that is so unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I understand i live in Miami but speaking English is a must no matter what business.
