Quirky, yes. Incrediable flowers and designs are their speciality. A little old school, yes. Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You can count on them.

It is 5 days out from prom. Here is my very 1st experience with them: I called at 6pm. Person answers "hello" I ask "hello, is this The Farmer's WIfe?" person says "it was at 5 o'clock" hangs up the phone. (!!!!) IF THIS WAS THE LAST PLACE TO BUY A FLOWER IN ALL OF NC I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. Move along and support a local place that ACTUALLY WANTS your business. this lack of customer service and interest will most certainly reflect in the work they do. I know I am self employed.

Service, quality and compassion while ordering flowers for my husband's funeral, helped to make the process go smoothly. Add in the gifted talent it took to do such beautiful arrangements and it warmed our hearts to see it all come together at the celebration of life. I always call here first for any flower needs.

I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism the Farmer's Wife demonstrated. They forgot about the appointment I scheduled with them and were surprised when I arrived at the scheduled time. After inquiring about my vision for my wedding, the woman told me that my ideas were "tacky" and that there was really only one option if I wanted the wedding to be elegant. At the end of our appointment, Stacy told us that she prefers to mail an estimate of the cost and does not communicate via email. I met with them in March and received an estimate in August. Needless to say, I had already met with another very nice and responsive florist that responded in a very timely manner and I put down a deposit and am excited to see my flowers on my wedding day.
