We just purchased new den furniture from Farmers Furniture, and we absolutely LOVE it. Also, what a wonderful customer service dept they have. Praises for Portia Chambers!! Portia is both so friendly and a true professional. I highly recommend Farmers Furniture of Auburn Alabama, we will be repeat customers! HAVE A NEW REVIEW: After the purchase of this beautiful den furniture, our sofa began to "peel." I called, and Gene Pope the manager can out to my house personally and.....I just got a new sofa!! All I can say is this Farmers Furniture on Opelika rd. is the absolute BEST!! What fantastic customer service, and so nice and professional!! ONCE again, I HIGHLY recommend Farmers!! They stand behind their product!

When my account is paid off with the Auburn Store, I will not return.. I sent them a pay off payment the 15th of this month, I call to see if they have received it and they state "No".. So, I called today to speak with the store manager who tells me that on the 20th of this month they received my payment for the 13th of LAST MONTH... And they have not yet received my payment that was mailed on the 15th of this month yet... He claims it is due to road construction and the post office being behind. So, I took it upon myself to call the post office.... Much to my surprise, when I told her the reason for Farmers stating my payment had not been received, she said "No, that is not the case... She stated that Farmers Furniture (Auburn) has been asked repeatedly to move their mail box so the post master can get to it, as it it located in the customer parking area.. They have yet to move their mailbox, and they only pick up the mail on a monthly basis... So, as a result, my pay off that I sent on the 15 of June has yet to be received, as NO ONE has yet to go to the post office to retrieve the mail... So, if you have an account with them and you have received a late notice, it means that NOT only have they NOT relocated their mail box so the postmaster could get to it, they also have NOT gone to the post office to get the months worth of mail that the postmaster has returned.. She also stated they are in the process of returning any and all mail that is addressed to Farmers if they do not relocate their mailbox.... And they only have one star, due to the fact I could not post this with out marking at least one... But after today, and the REAL reason behind the payment situation, they need NO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Farmer offers great customer service at the time of the purchase but after that service is downhill. After two months of having my couch the base board broke. It took 3 months for the manager to come fix it. After that the decorative pillows that came with the sectional began to rip at the corners of the pillow. It took 3 months to get a new pillow. I've have my couch for 9 months now and all of the decorative pillows are coming apart. I was told new ones would be ordered and be there in 5 days, its been three weeks now and records show nothing was ever ordered for me. There is a lack of communication between the manager and the person who orders new products. There is also a lack of concern for the satisfaction of the customer. I paid my furniture off within the first 6 months of owning it. I was going to go back to purchase more, but after this I will not be shopping at that location again. Good luck to those who do.

Cinthia is the best and friendly, my husband and i first purchased a bedroom set for our toddler almost a year ago, the set is intact and still happy of our purchase for a good price, so we made a second purchased 3 months ago a beautiful dining table and still i have not had a problem with the furnitures or with farmer's people. I definately recommend farmer's home furniture.
