My parents had Adam as their insurance agent. He brokered out their auto policy to Century 21. Century 21 canceled their auto policy for making payment one day late (still within the grace period). Century 21 still cashed the check send by mail, so my parents thought everything was ok, a conclusion that most people would come to. Ultimately, my parents drove around for a month with no auto insurance and never knew about it. Neither did Adam. Adam failed to get the policy reinstated after being informed of the cancellation. 

Since their policy was cancelled, they are now paying significantly higher premiums due to a lapse in coverage.

In my opinion, Adam failed my parents as an insurance agent. He did not do his job well and lacked proper oversight of his clients. He should be the first to know when something goes awry. In this case, he was the last person. I feel my parents were just a number to him and nothing more.

I have since referred my parents to an independent insurance agency that will take care of them in the future.

I was new to Minneapolis and referred to Aaron.  With no previous relationship he treated me like we had been doing business for years.  His responsiveness is beyond good.  After hours, on-time, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things easy for me.  Best agent I have ever worked with!

I was looking to add a term life insurance policy.  I was referred to Aaron by a coworker.  Aaron was willing to work around my schedule and met me over my lunch hour, and very easy to talk to.  Aaron walked me through my options, and based on my financial situation and insurance needs, we picked out a great policy.  He explained what policy riders to add which will give me the greatest flexibility in converting the term policy to either whole life or a universal life policy in the future as my needs change.  I would trust Aaron for all my insurance needs and will be switching to him when my policy is up!  Definitely recommend Aaron!

Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly prompt, and truly cares about your situation.  I would give him a "10," but the scale only goes to 5.
