I have worked in the industry for 7 years and have worked with hundreds of agents over that time, Jordan is truly exceptional. The caring, knowledge and expertise he exhibits is unparalleled. He is passionate about customer delight and it shows in they way he treats his clients. If you are looking for a smart, proactive agent with your best interests at heart, Jordan is the agent for you, I highly recommend him.

Jordan was very helpful and prompt in responding to all my inquiries. He fully explained all of our coverage options and the risks involved with being under insured. He also provided of advice on how to deal with our other insurer who paid a claim that I thought was invalid. Farmer's rates are a little higher than other insurers, but the trade off is more sufficient coverage and better customer service. He is always available when you need him.

From the first time I met Jordan,I could feel the welcoming attitude one would feel from family. He has always gone out of his way to make sure I was happy with my policy and had all the coverage my family has needed. We get birthday reminders from his office which is a nice touch. The claims I have submitted were handled quickly and professionaly. If you are looking for an agent with your concerns and needs in mind,I would recommend Jordan Carter hands down above the rest.

Insurance at your fingertips, just a text message away! Jordan Carter has been our insurance guy for awhile now and he is always there to provide us with whatever we need, day or night. He also just gave me a great deal on insurance for our new non-profit organization, And is already showing his support with offering classes to the community about insurance 101 courses. He shows he cares and is a family guy so he understands lifes issues and our needs. He explains policy in the simplest way so i know what im getting. Highly recommend him for all your insurance needs!
