This insurance was included with new home purchase. I received a letter with a prorated check attached a couple months in and was notified that my insurance was being suspended. After several attempts to contact this Farmers office, I was told that there was a loose shingle on my roof and that if I repaired it, my insurance would be reinstated. After I repaired, Joseph then informed me that my insurance would be cancelled unless the entire roof was replaced. He also referred me to a company that he said would cover me in this situation without a roof replacement, and mentioned that no other insurance would. After several attempts to follow up on this offer with no response, I gave up on Farmers. I am now happily insured with state farm and have not had to replace my roof, plus I received a 20% discount on my vehicles. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, GO TO STATE FARM. I have saved all emails and correspondence to back up this claim.

This has been my insurance office for the past 3 years. Joseph Haddad is the best and is very knowledgeable. I have my home, cars, and business insured here and have never had any problems or issues. I always thought Farmers insurance would be expensive, but Joseph was able to give me the best deal by bundling everything up. I live in Downey and love supporting local businesses..Highly recommend this place.

I was glad my friend referred me to Joseph's office in Downey. The office was clean, organized, and very professional. I was immediately greeted by his staff members as I walked in. The quote I received was quick, easy and the best part, they helped me save over $300 a year. I am glad I switched to Joseph Haddad's office and to Farmers Insurance.
