I wouldn't trust this agent at all period. My whole family were insured through him and one day my house was broken into. Mr. Michaels acted concerned but didn't want me to file a claim, soon after I was canceled by him with no explanation.

There is no words to say haw I appreciate Mr. Michael Well done Job with my claim process. He went above and beyond and fight for everything in my policy for me. A Lot of time people do not get what they need form the insurance because they don't understand the "legal language" in the contract. If Mr. Mickels did not step in for me i would get literally thousandth of dollars less they I deserved and for that i forever grateful.
