My Farmers Insurance agent Michael Mamula has always been available to answer any questions I have regarding my policies. He looked for and got the best pricing for our homeowners policy, follows up without having to ask, and really goes the extra mile. Absolutely satisfied with the service he provides!
I went with Farmers and Michael to get insurance for my family. I found out that I could get better pricing elsewhere, so I professionally cancelled and moved to a new company. I call them to make sure everything is good and finished. Then I get a credit collections in my mail for 44 dollars. Seems like a phone call to me telling me why I owe this after cancelling would have been better. They don't answer there phone a lot and I would not recommend them to anyone. I found out they overcharged my Umbrella as well by saying I had two houses instead of one. This Farmers is just a unorganized group and should be avoided.
Michael at Farmers Insurance really came through for us. After going through our previous insurance company and finding out they refuse to insure our second home, we search around and found Michael. The experience was fantastic as he was able to give us the lowest quote. Give Michael Mamula and Farmers a chance and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We have had a great experience working with Michael Mamula and his team of experts! They are all so helpful, great to work, and are there for you when you need them. Also, they are easy to get a hold of by phone, and that has become very rare.
Michael makes it really easy to take care of the extras. I recently wanted to get my son a kayak sticker to use the local lake but needed insurance papers taken care of. I scanned them and let Michael take care of it. He emailed me back a PDF that printed and got my permit. No back and forth need, not phone call, no visit just took care of it. That is what I want in an insurance person.
Farmers Insurance has been a life saver on all occasions when life threw a curve ball at our family! Their Agents and Customer service Representatives are very professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend that you get your own Farmers team to be your support when it feels like the floor is falling or the ceiling is crumbling out beneath your feet!

Michael’s office did an excellent job of getting us a fire policy in Big Bear when we were non-renewed because of all the fires we’ve never had a claim. It was easy and stress free, thank you Michael and team. Same cost also
